Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, techniques, and innovations to maintain relevance and drive client engagement
- Exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising initiatives, and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging
