Sephora in Tucson seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations, drive sales and maintain store standards at Park Place.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, new launches and brand assortments to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Provide excellent client service at all touchpoints, cultivating long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Uphold company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure and positive shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to foster an inclusive and supportive store culture.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product learning.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to consult and upsell tactfully.
  • Reliable availability for required shift patterns, including nights, weekends and holidays; part-time availability (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and deliver service is valued.
