Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products, techniques, and market trends to provide relevant and contemporary advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators established by Sephora management
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members and clients feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet scheduling flexibility requirements including availability during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
