The part-time Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, provides personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, and helps achieve sales and performance goals while maintaining stock and merchandising. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client warmly and confidently, bringing enthusiasm for beauty.
- Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and beauty trends to offer relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Manage stock and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in an engaging, client-focused retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends, with confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg.
- Available during peak store periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
