Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Trois-Rivières to serve customers across color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and checkout while supporting product education, makeup services, training, and store operations. The role is permanent, with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; compensation ranges from CAD 18.60 to CAD 23.25 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant criteria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer entering the store and provide friendly, courteous, informed service across color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and checkout.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend products that meet them.
- Share product knowledge with customers and provide makeup applications when needed.
- Support training and development by ensuring designated team members complete in-depth brand training, continuing product learning, and training other Beauty Advisors.
- Contribute to operational excellence and inventory control, reporting stock issues or concerns to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about store special events and animations.
- Participate in programs designed to reduce shortages and losses.
- Designated advisors must know the duties specific to checkout hosts.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in retail or service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to accept a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
