Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Remain current with new products, emerging techniques, and beauty industry trends to provide relevant guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory management and merchandising standards to ensure the retail environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, with availability during peak shopping periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with confident self-presentation
