Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual customer needs
- Demonstrate expertise in beauty products and educate customers to empower their skincare and cosmetics journey
- Research and communicate emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative techniques to drive customer engagement and repeat visits
- Exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators while contributing to Sephora Canada's growth
- Manage inventory, execute merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
