Sephora Canada in Trois-Rivières seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor to provide personalised consultations, drive sales and maintain merchandising standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and routine recommendations to build long-term trust.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stock levels and ensure the selling environment is clean, organised and welcoming.
  • Keep abreast of emerging beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, to cover peak trading periods and ensure store reliability.

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing retail or beauty experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding service.
  • Passion for beauty products and trends, with confidence in offering expert recommendations.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build rapport and lasting client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a high-energy, target-driven retail environment.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly hours for part-time scheduling and to work peak store hours.
  • Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
