Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and routine advice to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, product launches and application methods to provide relevant, inspiring advice.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to store targets through consultative selling and conversion of client interactions.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and stock levels are maintained; keep the sales floor and backstock organized and presentation-ready.
  • Be reliably available for scheduled shifts and peak trading periods, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Perform light physical tasks related to retail operations, including lifting and moving stock up to 22.7 kg.

Qualifications

  • Customer-facing retail experience and demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships in a service-oriented environment.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with the confidence to advise clients across cosmetics and skincare.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to educate and engage a diverse clientele.
  • Collaborative team player who operates well in a target-driven retail environment while applying inclusive behaviours.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting items up to 22.7 kg and standing for extended periods.

Experience

Entry-level position; retail or beauty industry experience preferred. Demonstrable customer service experience in a sales environment is an asset.
