Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, face-to-face beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines to build client confidence and loyalty.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category techniques to offer relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and promotion of Sephora services and products.
- Maintain merchandising standards, manage stock levels and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
- Work flexible hours and be available during peak retail periods (evenings, weekends and statutory holidays) to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Customer-service experience in a retail environment, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
- Passion for beauty products and trends with confidence in delivering product demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Team-oriented mindset; ability to collaborate in a goal-driven, inclusive workplace.
- Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg and perform standing tasks for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or beauty experience is an asset but not mandatory. Demonstrated aptitude for customer service and relationship building is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or retail beauty certification is an asset.

Compensation
