Sephora Canada in Trois-Rivières seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor—deliver personalized consultations, drive sales and support merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, face-to-face beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines to build client confidence and loyalty.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category techniques to offer relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and promotion of Sephora services and products.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage stock levels and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and inviting.
  • Work flexible hours and be available during peak retail periods (evenings, weekends and statutory holidays) to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer-service experience in a retail environment, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
  • Passion for beauty products and trends with confidence in delivering product demonstrations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset; ability to collaborate in a goal-driven, inclusive workplace.
  • Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg and perform standing tasks for extended periods.

Experience
