Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Demonstrate expertise by educating clients and empowering them in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer relevant advice that encourages client loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators with support from Sephora Canada.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing inventory, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting space.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends, with a confident demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven environment while embracing principles of inclusion.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.

Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service environments is required.
