Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Treviso, Italy. Part-time temporary role focused on client engagement and sales in luxury beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives including budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and action plans established by management
- Greet customers and ensure a unique, memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and personalized consultations based on individual client profiles
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering tailored recommendations across fragrances, makeup, skincare, hair care, and complementary beauty categories
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily store activities and maintaining operational excellence
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit through trustful and open collaboration with colleagues, fostering a positive and productive environment that highlights wins and celebrates team and individual successes

Skills
Experience

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
