Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and provide clear education on application techniques, ingredients, and benefits.
- Remain current on industry trends, new product launches, and beauty techniques to provide up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
