Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and on-brand retail environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety policies.
  • Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings (preferred).
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Fast learner with capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and reliably work peak hours.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
