Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and application techniques to ensure relevant client advice.
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising and visual standards to uphold a clean, organised and welcoming store environment.
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards to contribute to a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting an open, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-service experience demonstrating the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with client-facing consultations.
  • Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet required minimum weekly shifts.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance; dependable work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
