Sephora Canada in Toronto is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for the Business of Beauty Conference — hourly pay CAD 18.20–20.00.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed individual KPIs and performance targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space.
  • Champion an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora Canada policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build strong customer relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting with diverse clientele.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively toward sales goals.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 20 per hour.
