Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a strong service orientation.

- Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
