Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a strong service orientation.
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
  • Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
