Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
