Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Tigard, OR; part-time retail role offering $18–$20.50/hr with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and stay current with the latest beauty products, innovations, and industry trends to deliver relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed assigned key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and empower team members across the store
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service roles with demonstrated excellence
