Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Remain current with beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education
