Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
