Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients in their beauty routine.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, expert advice.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs and conversion goals through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and replenishment to maintain an attractive, on-brand selling environment.
  • Maintain store standards of cleanliness, safety and loss prevention while following company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting colleagues and participating in team initiatives.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and meet the required minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; demonstrable customer-service aptitude.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and a commitment to helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong consultative selling capability.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/moving duties for extended periods.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
