Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients in their beauty routine.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs and conversion goals through consultative selling and upselling.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and replenishment to maintain an attractive, on-brand selling environment.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, safety and loss prevention while following company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting colleagues and participating in team initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and meet the required minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment; demonstrable customer-service aptitude.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and a commitment to helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong consultative selling capability.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/moving duties for extended periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level: previous client-facing retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Demonstrable customer-service ability and a passion for beauty are essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
