Sephora in Thiais (Belle Epine) seeks a Beauty Advisor (CDI 35h) on-site to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, build rapport and deliver personalised beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Drive front-line sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to client needs and converting advice into transactions.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that increase client satisfaction and loyalty, including participation in store events and promotional activities.
- Meet individual and store sales targets and participate enthusiastically in commercial challenges.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and keep abreast of launches and brand campaigns to inform recommendations.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards are upheld, including stock replenishment and neat displays.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and assist with basic stock management and inventory tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment and support store operational needs.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates welcome; previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and responsive with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent customer-service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Strong team player with a commercial mindset and resilience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Fluent in French (preferred) and able to communicate clearly with a diverse client base.
