Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and services.
  • Drive sales performance and meet/exceed individual KPIs through active client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, visual presentation and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product discovery.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for relationship-building.
  • Proven ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work during peak retail hours.

Experience
