Sephora in The Woodlands, TX is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $19.80–$22.90; provide personalized beauty consultations and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through in-store demonstrations and client education on application techniques and ingredients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and effective selling strategies.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a genuine interest in empowering clients.
  • Availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing tasks for extended periods.

Experience
