Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, product launches, and competitive offerings to provide relevant advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while building lasting client relationships
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote Sephora's culture of belonging and empowerment
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients

Qualifications
