Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients with application tips and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual performance targets.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, trend-aware advice.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of excellent service and relationship-building.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations.
  • Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and commitment to punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
