Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at its Village Walk store in Tarzana, California. The permanent, regular position is hourly and involves personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, sales performance, merchandising, inventory support, and maintaining an inclusive and welcoming store environment; part-time scheduling is 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
