Sephora in Târgu Mureș seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (6h/day). Advise clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations across makeup, fragrance and skincare to create exceptional client experiences.
- Drive sales through proactive client engagement, product demonstrations and targeted upselling.
- Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing sales floor that reflects Sephora merchandising standards.
- Participate in in-store trainings and brand education to expand product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Support team objectives through collaboration, positive communication and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ensure accurate transaction handling and basic stock replenishment as required during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (baccalaureate) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging diverse client profiles.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer-service orientation and solution focus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a fast-paced retail team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and store needs; availability for scheduled 6-hour shifts.
- Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
