Sephora — Beauty Advisor (temporary, part-time) in Taormina, Italy. Provide personalised beauty consultations, support store operations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver bespoke, consultative beauty experiences that foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Provide personalised product and routine recommendations across makeup, skincare, hair and fragrance categories.
- Support the Store Manager and in‑store specialists with daily operations, merchandising and execution of promotional plans.
- Contribute to achievement of store objectives and sales targets by proactively engaging clients and converting interactions into sales.
- Receive and organise deliveries; maintain stockroom order and accurate inventory processes.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing successes, supporting colleagues and promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in frontline retail or beauty advisory roles (e.g., Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferred.
- Demonstrable customer‑centric attitude, empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Results‑oriented mindset with experience or familiarity with basic commerce KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to fast‑paced retail rhythms.
