Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized consultations based on client profiles.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Contribute to achieving store objectives by adapting to strategic changes and new action plans.
- Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment through collaboration and open interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service roles, particularly in beauty or fashion industries.
Workplace
This position is based in Taormina, Taormina, Italy.
