Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Tangshan, China. Deliver expert makeup, skincare and fragrance advice and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations aligned with Sephora service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPIs through proactive client engagement and personalised recommendations.
- Operate the point of sale: execute transactions, apply promotions and follow CRM and cashiering SOPs to ensure cash and data integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays within assigned area to Sephora visual standards; replenish stock and ensure tester hygiene.
- Manage stock activities including receiving, returns and inventory counts, apply FIFO and near‑expiry controls and uphold warehouse 5S practices.
- Participate in mandatory brand and store training, share learnings with the team and support personal development plans as directed by store management.
- Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by store management and comply with all company policies and hygiene regulations.

Skills
Experience
Entry‑level position; prior retail or beauty/cosmetics experience is beneficial but not mandatory. On‑the‑job training and brand/product training will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certifications in cosmetology, beauty or related fields are an advantage.

This position is based in Tangshan, Hebei, China.
