Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized selling environment
- Stay informed on beauty trends and new product launches to provide current, relevant advice
- Uphold company policies to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming shopping experience for all clients
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred
- Passion for beauty and strong interest in current trends across makeup, skincare and fragrance
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or client-facing experience in a sales, hospitality or beauty setting is preferred and valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
