Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, one‑to‑one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and relationship building.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and inviting.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, trend‑forward advice.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client‑service role preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Reliable availability for assigned shifts and strong time management; punctual attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
