Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions.
  • Manage product displays in assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
