Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product advice and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.

The role is situated in Tai'an, Shandong, China — conveniently close to Jinan. There are currently 3 open positions in Tai'an on Cerulean.
