The Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Tacoma delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, supports sales goals, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with a schedule of 30–40 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week.
