Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty experiences and expert product recommendations in a retail environment. The role encompasses client consultations, product education, trend awareness, and sales performance while maintaining store standards and promoting an inclusive community. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and application methods

- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting store revenue goals

Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
