Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultation and product recommendations to customers across all store categories
- Create an inspiring and inclusive shopping experience that reflects Sephora's commitment to beauty accessibility and self-expression
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on features, benefits, and application techniques for beauty items
- Support customer enrollment and engagement with Sephora's loyalty programme
- Multitask effectively during peak trading periods, particularly Thursday–Sunday and late-night shifts
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand product knowledge
- Collaborate with store team members to maintain visual merchandising standards and store operations
- Observe and communicate trends in beauty products and iconic brands to the team
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer-facing retail experience required
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Passionate knowledge of or keen interest in beauty products and trends
- Ability to multitask and think critically in fast-paced environments
- Full availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts
- Confirmed availability for the entire period November 2026–January 2027
