Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Parramatta (Sydney), Australia — part‑time/casual role at $28.08/hr + super and weekend loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch customer service across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories to drive sales and loyalty.
- Advise customers on product features and benefits, perform demonstrations and provide tailored recommendations.
- Promote and enrol customers into the store CRM/loyalty program and leverage client data to deepen relationships.
- Participate in onboarding, in‑store training sessions and continuous learning programs to maintain category expertise.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and overall store presentation to brand standards.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets, participate in promotional events and assist with daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment, preferably within beauty or luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented approach.
- Flexible availability including late nights and weekends; ability to commit to at least three full trading days (Thu–Sun peak trading).
- Enthusiasm for beauty trends and willingness to learn across multiple product categories.

Entry‑level role; prior retail or frontline sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Sephora welcomes candidates at the beginning of their retail career who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty.
