Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Prepare product displays in assigned areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard procedures.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour shifts per day.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.

This position is based in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, within easy reach of Shanghai. Cerulean lists 19 open roles in Suzhou. Compensation
