Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and customer relationship development
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaborate effectively with team members to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain compliance with Sephora Canada policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
