Sephora (Sunrise, FL) seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) — part-time role, $18.00–$20.50/hr; deliver personalized client consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations and demonstrate product application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain deep and current product knowledge and follow beauty trends to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion.
  • Support merchandising, inventory accuracy, visual standards and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and welcoming.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to Sephora’s operational and safety standards.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product education.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail floor activity.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shifts/hours and to work peak retail times (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience

Entry-level (beginner) — prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver excellent service.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Lauderdale.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
