Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor (Summer Campaign) in Fuengirola, Spain — temporary part-time role delivering customer consultations and in-store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product recommendations, makeup demonstrations and skincare consultations to customers, ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling, upselling and promotional activity.
- Support visual merchandising and product replenishment to maintain brand presentation and campaign displays.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions and assist with basic stock management and inventory tasks.
- Participate in in-store events and promotional activations associated with the summer campaign, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a beauty advisor, cosmetics consultant or in frontline retail sales.
- Passion for cosmetics, skincare and fragrance with demonstrable product knowledge or eagerness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Availability for the summer campaign period and flexibility to work retail shift patterns, including weekends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment; high level of professionalism and presentation.

Experience
Previous experience in beauty retail or a comparable client-facing role is required; demonstrable experience advising customers on makeup, skincare or fragrance is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
