Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Sugar Land, TX—deliver personalized consultations and earn $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s skincare, makeup and fragrance needs.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines to build trust and repeat business.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals, conversion targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and welcoming.
- Operate flexibly across scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays to support peak retail hours and staffing needs.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, respectful shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Team player comfortable working in a collaborative, goal-driven retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable availability for required weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
