Sephora Beauty Advisor Part-Time in Stuttgart, Germany – customer service and retail operations role in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultation and product recommendations to customers across all departments
- Actively manage customer feedback and satisfaction through attentive service and engagement
- Monitor stock availability, execute replenishment procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled counts
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising specifications and maintain impeccable product presentation on sales floor and fixtures
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Support merchandising conversions and seasonal updates in accordance with operational guidelines
- Contribute to team productivity and staff engagement through collaborative spirit and reliable performance
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash reconciliation, warehouse stocking, and floor cleaning
- Monitor and support key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value, and customer feedback scores
- Participate in beauty classes and promotional services as required
