Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Stuttgart location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive retail performance in the prestige beauty category. The role encompasses customer engagement, product consultation, visual merchandising compliance, stock management, and operational support across all beauty departments. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and beauty consultations across all product categories
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation in compliance with brand specifications
- Manage stock availability, replenishment, and inventory procedures on the sales floor and in warehouse
- Execute beauty services and provide product recommendations to drive conversion rates and average basket value
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per transaction, and customer satisfaction
