Sephora Stuttgart seeks a Part‑time Beauty Advisor to deliver expert client consultations, in‑store services and drive retail KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and in‑store beauty services to clients, driving conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform short services across departments and support beauty classes and client events.
  • Achieve retail KPIs including conversion rate, average basket value and items per transaction.
  • Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising directives and support merchandising updates or conversions.
  • Manage stock availability: replenish the sales floor, warehousing, back‑stock control and participate in scheduled inventories.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash register transactions accurately.
  • Ensure daily store operations, cleanliness of display furniture and product areas, and compliance with operational routines.
  • Contribute to team productivity and staff engagement through collaboration and day‑to‑day support.

Qualifications

  • Entry‑level retail or beauty experience; previous exposure to customer advising is desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Practical knowledge of beauty products, categories and current industry trends.
  • Organised, reliable and team‑oriented with an open and motivating demeanour.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly in the store’s working language (native language of the country preferred).

Experience
