Sephora in Strasbourg seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (entry-level, fixed-term) to deliver personalised sales and create exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by welcoming customers, providing personalized product advice and building long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through effective recommendations of Sephora products and services, and convert consultations into purchases.
- Create a memorable, premium client experience that communicates wellbeing and delight; participate in in-store events, promotional activities and commercial challenges.
- Maintain floor standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, product presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Operate POS, process transactions accurately and support clienteling activities (follow-ups, appointments, samples).
Qualifications
- Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and team-oriented; commercially minded with a drive to meet sales objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and participating in store activations and promotional campaigns.
- No specific prior experience required; previous retail or beauty experience is advantageous.
