Sephora is hiring a part-time, temporary Beauty Advisor for its Biblioteksgatan location in Stockholm. The role covers customer advice and sales across beauty categories, short services, merchandising, stock and inventory, cash register operation, and daily store KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance departments, including on beauty trends.
- Deliver the Sephora Attitude: welcome customers, understand their needs and close sales.
- Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships on an equal footing.
- Share knowledge about products, trends and beauty news.
- Provide short services across all departments.
- Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortments and merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Receive, store and replenish goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Support merchandising updates and related conversions or construction work.
- Carry out inventories.
- Operate the cash register.
- Complete additional tasks related to daily business.
- Contribute to KPIs for conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, customer feedback and satisfaction, and number of services.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
- Initial experience in retail and in advising and serving customers.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent in English or the country's native language.
